BJP supporter tenders apology to Shiv Sena, public | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 25: The leaders of Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir unit registered protest against BJP worker Nanaji Dembhi at his residence making him to tender a public apology for being a fan of Pakistan and speaking the language of separatism during a press conference organized by BJP supporting organization. According to a statement issued to media by the party here today, on the direction of Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir State unit chief Manish Sahni, a team of Shiv Sena leaders including General Secretary Vikas Bakshi, Chairman Rakesh Gupta and Rajesh Handa reached the residence of BJP worker Nanaji Dembi to lodge their protest. However, Nanaji immediately tendered an apology stating that he has realized his mistake and has high regrets for his misdemeanor. Manish Sahni said that last Wednesday, in the presence of senior BJP leader Shahida Khan during a press conference organized under the banner of Amarnath Yatra Welfare Society, senior leader of the organization and BJP worker Nanaji Dembi resorted to making anti-national statements, speaking the language of separatism so much so that he dared to hoist the flag of Pakistan. Sahni said that even Nanaji's wife is also a BJP leader in Kupwara district of Kashmir. The Shiv Sena President Manish Sahni questioned the state leader of Bharatiya Janata Party for maintaining silence on such uncalled for act and statement of his supporter. He said that it is highly condemnable that BJP's members and supporters have overwhelming love and affection for Pakistan. Sahni said Nanaji Dembi apologized publicly in front of all the Shiv Sainiks and people of the area. All those present on the occasion including Nanaji Dembi raised high pitch slogans 'Shiv Sena Zindabad' and 'Bharat Mata ki Jai'.
