JK PRS holds meeting, hails constitution of FFRC | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 15: JK Peoples Revolunationery Society UT of J&K in its meeting held under the Chairmanship of Mir Ghulam Rasool Batwani have welcomed the decision taken by Fee Fixation Regulation Committee headed by Justice Athar for 12% hike in transport charges of School childrens which directions have been formally implemented by Education Department for its strictly implementation by the Private Schools Associations. Parents of private school going childrens are happy for timely action in this matter by the concerned authorties. The Private Schools associations are still not ready to implement these orders and wants to put their childrens in to trouble. The Private School associations should keep in mind that any violation of Govt instruction may not be accepted as they have taken lakhs of rupees as admission fee from children's on which they have constructed luxury assets and at the time of admission they have agreed for providing all facilities including transportation but now they are saying some different tune that children's should arrange of their own transport or SRTC may provide transport for childrens. It is sole responsibility of Private School's to arrange transport facilties to chuldtens. PRS Welcoms the FFRC and Education Department for their timely action and implementation to avoid any undue harassment to the parents by the Private School Associations. DN Sadu state secretary of the society, Ghulam Mohiudeen sheikh Gen. secty, Mukhtar Ahd. Bazaz urges upon the Govt. to stop violation of the Govt order/right to education act. |
