Jammu, Mar 15: The Kashmir files movie is a tip of iceberg of genocide and ethnic cleansing, of victim Kashmiri Pandits, will world, Indian Nation and Government listen our whole pathitic story, give us answers and justice.
Kashmiri Pandit Conference ( KPC) in a meeting at New Delhi stated that the movie Kashmir files is just a tip of iceberg of the genocide, atrocities and killings, actually faced by Kashmiri Pandits before and after turmoil in 1990 which was simultaneously narrated to the whole world and nation from last thirty two years through press media, dharna, demonstrations, memorandums and pititions to all forms of Government, President of India, National and International organisations, NGO’s United nations and others., but no one heard and healed our wounds and continue to be in exile from the last 32 ,rather our voice muzelled and constantly silenced us time to time.
Kashmiri Pandits in general and Kashmiri Pandit Conference ( KPC ) express their gratitude to Vivek Agnihotri Ji and his team for remarkable job by showing some real events of Kashmiri Pandit genocide and atrocities which include Nadimarg massacre and chopping of our one community daughter in saw mill, exposed the real face of Islamic terrorists and terrorism and further applauds him making his efforts to expose some politicians, executiive and administration for remained silent or helpless to save the nationalists and, civilized indigenous people of Kashmir, the Kashmiri Pandits during turmoil in valley.
KPC expressed hope that world, nation, politicians and Government of India will listen to the KP victims now save, this great human race of the world, who believe in love and humanity and are struggling in exile for the survival of ancient indigenous minority voices of Kashmiri Pandits who are driven out of homes and hearths from centuries together and 32 years back also from valley when they never wished to rule, damage and destruct any one.
Kundan Kashmiri, President KPC further appealed whole humanity of world and Government in helem of affairs at the centre and union territory of Jammu and Kashmir to come forward and dig out and probe all the gruesome killings and other hundreds of incidents, murders, massacres of this victim community and also find out all responsible elements who hounded out Hindu minorities of Kashmir in 1990 , challenged their co-- existence , snatched their land under gimmick, distress sale and by false laws, looted and burnt thier properties.
KPC again retireated its demand for thorough probe for killing of our community sisters and daughters mercilessly.
In a meeting at New Delhi today KPC again highlighted and demands and talks with the Kashmiri Pandits and ts representatives to be started immediately and discuss all problems with them seriously.
Time bound Commission of enquiry for what happened with Kashmiri Pandits in Valley before and after turmoil through NIA/ CBI under the supervision of Supreme court.
Punish all those who killed innocent Kashmiri Pandits and recognise their genocide and act for reversal of genocide and pass the bill on genocide in parliament of India in an extraordinary session.
Declare victim community people as Internally displaced Persons ( IDP,s) and remove tag of migrant from them as earliest as possible., restore their each and every right.
Declare and grant indigenous status to this minority community of Kashmiri Pandits, having background of most than five thousand years in Kashmir, has its own unique culture, religion, ethos, faiths , habits and living patern.
Carve out a separate land for displaced Kashmiri Pandits at the land of Kashyap in Kashmir Valley to rehabilitate and resettle them with constitutional and institutional garuntees and with other facilities.
