| Folk dance competition organized at MIER College of Education | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 19: To celebrate the festivities of Holi an inter-departmental folk dance competition was organized by MIER College of Education. Faculty and students of both PG and UG departments of the college attended the event.
The programme commenced by a formal welcome by Shreya Baru, student of B.Ed. followed by Saraswati Vandana which brought a spiritual vibe to the place.
The folk-dance performances were organized in groups by the students of UG and PG Departments showcasing diverse cultural legacy of the country such as Dogri, Punjabi, Ladakhi, etc. |
