JAMMU, Apr 11: Strongly condemning the decision of a dummy Plus Two Lecturers' Forum to conduct elections, the All J&K Plus Two Lecturers' Forum has announced to boycott the polls
In a meeting held here today, the Forum members denounced the decision of the fake body headed by Deepak Sharma.
They said that Deepak Sharma was a caretaker president appointed in 2015 when the elected president resigned due to her personal reasons.He has no mandate and majority to announce and conduct the elections, they added.
Moreover, just to satisfy their greed and ill will, they spread misinformation regarding Lecturers' Day which was the platform for one and all, the members said.
We, therefore, appeal to the entire plus two community to fully boycott the so called elections announced by them by forming an election committee of members who dance on their tunes, said the members adding that this will give a befitting reply to them.
The elections will be conducted by the original body in near future with rules and regulations and the election committee will be formed with the consensus of all.Ours is an elected organization comprising of RS Slathia, Pardeep Singh Rakwal, Dr Sushma and others.They have the power as well as authority to appoint other members, the members said. |
