Govt has failed to devise any policy for us, say JKRTC employees | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 11: Employees of Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (JKRTC) staged a protest here on Monday demanding release of their pending salaries. Protesters told reporters that the corporation has failed to implement the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission, nor has their DA been increased. “The government has failed to frame any policy for us. We don’t want the corporation to face losses due to us going on a strike. If the government wants JKRTC operations to continue smoothly our issues should be resolved forthwith,” protesters said, adding that if the government refuses to listen to them the situation can take an ugly turn. |
