JAMMU, Apr 11: Nishu Devi, student of Semester I of Government Degree College, Chenani, an amateur classical singer, brought laurels to the college and to the entire UT by winning a gold medal in the national singing championship-2022, organized by 'Performing Arts Association of India' & 'National Singing Unit'.
The event was held at Devpura, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Trained at classical singing, she performed on a Dogri song "Dogreyo Dogri Da Maan Rakhiyo". Principal of the College, Dr. Pragya Khanna congratulated her on her achievement and wished her more success in future and motivated her to pursue her interest diligently and with the same enthusiasm. |
