Srinagar, Apr 18: A newly recruited Laskhar-e-Toiba militant was arrested from north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, police said on Monday.
They said Amir Tariq Khan, alias Waleed, who joined militant ranks this month, was nabbed from an orchard during a joint operation by police, Army and the Central Reserve Police Force.
“He had recently joined LeT (The Resistance Front) and was arrested from Lawaypora Bandipora,” a senior police officer said. |
