Students told not to share lunch, books | | | agencies NEW DELHI, Apr 22: The Delhi Government on Friday warned school students not share their personal belongings including lunch and stationary with fellow students. This is part of the latest Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) following a wave of Covid-19 infection in the national capital which seems to be significantly affecting the children. The government has asked the schools to put special focus on masking, vaccination of eligible children, sanitization of premises and discouraging overcrowding on the campus. "Head of school to ensure regular sanitization of the school premises and ensure adequate availability of the key supplies like thermal scanners, disinfectants, sanitizers, soaps, masks and running water in washrooms," it said. "Students may be guided to not share lunch, books, notebooks, stationary items." Meanwhile, the schools have also been asked to depute a staff at the entry and directed that no symptomatic student or employee should be allowed to enter.
