Early Times Report JAMMU, May 13: Shiv Sena Jammu & Kashmir Chief Manish Sahni has said that the Modi government at the center is proving to be a failure to restore peace in the Kashmir valley. He said that terrorists are killing minorities whenever and wherever they want to carry out their nefarious activities. In a statement Sahni strongly condemned the killing of Rahul Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit clerk posted in the Tehsildar's office, Chadura, Budgam. Sahni said that the Modi government was failing to provide security to the minorities of the valley. He said that if the government cannot provide security to Kashmiri Pandits/minorities, they should be transferred to Jammu. He strongly condemned the firing of tear gas and lathi charge on the Kashmiri Pandit community protesting the killing in Budgam, terming it as an autocratic way of hiding the failures of the government and suppressing the voice. At the same time, he said that being a union territory, the Modi government should make provision for jobs at the center for the unemployed youth of Jammu & Kashmir.
