Srinagar, May 16: A tourist of Delhi died after he fell into Nallah Sindh at the tourist destination of Sonamarg on Monday.
Reports said, one Mohammed Anwar son of Saeed-uz-Zafar, a resident of Abul Fazal enclave Okhla, New Delhi was treading alongside the Nallah Sindh at the tourist resort of Sonamarg in Ganderbal district with his friends, slipped and drowned.
The body was retrieved and taken to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities, they said. |
