| Tawi Welfare Society organises Relief Distribution Function | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 5: A Relief Distribution Function was organised by Tawi Welfare Society at Apnavan Sure Chak today in which ration kits consist of Rice, Flour, Dal, Sugar, Milk, Salt etc. were distributed among the 120 needy families through Ramesh Singh Executive Engineer Public Works Department who was the Chief Guest and Sh Atul Gupta Assistant Executive Engineer who was Guest of Honour at this occasion. Nand kishor senior member of Society briefed the Guests about the various activities of Society. Yash Paul Mangotra General Secretary of Society welcomed the Guests by presenting bouquets to them. Mementos were also presented to the Guests as a token of love.In his welcome address Yash Paul Mangotra thanked the Guests for sparing their valuable time for the function from their busy schedule. He also thanked them for executing much needed work at Apnavan through their Department. Chief Guest in his address appreciated the work being done by Society for the downtrodden and the needy. They assured their full support to the Society from their Department in future also. |
