Jammu, June 5: A major tragedy was averted when the fire engulfed the seized vehicles was timely controlled and prevented from spreading inside the police station here.
The police spokesman said that in an incident of short circuit that took place in open area of Police Station Satwari, some seized vehicles parked inside caught fire and suffered damage.
“The fire was controlled with the help of Fire and Emergency Services and no damage to the building was reported,” said police. |
