| Tawi Welfare Society distributes ration | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 12: Tawi Welfare Society organised a Ration Distribution Camp at Apnavan Sure Chak in which 60 packets of ration consists of Rice,Flour,Dal and Salt were distributed among the needy families of Tawi Island area by Mrs.Geetu Aulakh District Development Council Member Jammu who was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Society members welcomed the Guest by presenting a bouquet to her. In the welcome address Yash Paul Mangotra General Secretary of Society briefed the Guest about the various activities being done by the Society for the downtrodden and underprivileged people of society. He thanked the Guest for sparing her valuable time for the Camp. Chief Guest in her address appreciated the work of Society being done for the needy people of Tawi Island. She assured her full support to the Society in its activities as well as development of Apnavan. |
