| Jammu Police Seizes 4 Vehicles Involved in Illegal Mining | | |

Jammu, July 15: In a determined effort to tackle the issue of illegal mining, Jammu Police executed a multi-pronged strategy, resulting in the seizure of four vehicles involved in illegal mining. Police teams from PS Domana and PP Bathindi acted on specific information and conducted raids in their respective areas.
The vehicles seized include:
• 2 vehicles without registration numbers, seized by PS Domana.
• 1 Tipper with registration number JK02AV-7397 and 1 Tractor with chassis number JFBB05106, seized by PP Bathindi. The seizures were carried out by SHO PS Domana, Inspector Kunal Singh Jamwal, and I/C PP Bathindi, Sub-Inspector Shakil Ahmed, within their respective jurisdictions. The District Mining Officer (DMO) Jammu was also informed about the operations. The mining activities were in direct violation of the orders of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir. To strictly enforce the crackdown on illegal mining and hold the law violators accountable, Jammu Police has initiated stringent action. |
