JAMMU, Nov 27: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) Jammu organised a Gurmat Samagam on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, Janipur Colony Jammu.
Members of Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) Jammu along with Sangat took obeisance of Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj on this pious occasion.
"Guru Nanak Sahib began teaching the importance of the equality of all people, regardless of their caste, religion or gender. Guru Nanak Sahib taught that everyone is created by God's will and therefore we must all be treated equally and with respect. Guru Nanak Sahib Ji taught Naam Japna, Kirat Karna & Vand Chakna."
