| 3 dead, 5 injured as vehicle falls in gorge | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 23: Two people died and five others got injured when a vehicle fell into a deep gorge in Chassoti area of Padder in Kishtwar district, officials said. An official told that the vehicle fell into a gorge, resulting in on spot death to two persons and injuries to others.
He said that the injured have been shifted to district hospital Kishtwar for treatment.
“Just now spoke to DC Kishtwar, Rajesh Kumar Shavan after receiving the report of a road accident involving a Tata Sumo vehicle in Chisoti , Padar. Unconfimed report of 2 to 4 casualties. Rescue team rushed to the spot. The injured will be appropriately shifted to the hospital. Every required assistance will be provided”. |
