RS PURA, Oct 23: The NSS Unit of Government Degree College, R. S. Pura, organized a social work drive at the R. S. Pura Sub-District Hospital as part of the ongoing Seva Se Sekhe Campaign. Guided by Principal Prof. (Dr.) Preetpal Kour, the campaign focused on cleanliness and community service, with 20 dedicated volunteers participating under the leadership of Dr. Chanchal Angral, NSS Program Officer.
With supervision from BMO Dr. Monika Kotwal and doctors Dr. Mohan Atri and Dr. Javed, the volunteers conducted extensive cleaning of the hospital premises, providing selfless service to patients as well. Their efforts not only maintained sanitation and hygiene at the hospital but also raised awareness about the importance of hygienic public spaces in the community. The hospital administration appreciated the volunteers' contributions, highlighting the collaboration between educational institutions and healthcare facilities in promoting community welfare.
