Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 24: A yoga session was held today at JKAP-8th Battalion, Miran Sahib, in collaboration with Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, Gole Gujral, Jammu, to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The session was conducted under the overall supervision of Sh. Suram Singh-JKPS (SSP), Commandant JKAP-8th Bn. Around 60 police personnel actively participated in the session. Addressing the attendees, Commandant Suram Singh highlighted the importance of yoga for stress management, overall health, and disease prevention. He emphasized that yoga, an ancient Indian practice, plays a crucial role in enhancing the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of police personnel. Among the participants were Sh. Om Prakash Chib (Dy. SP Adjutant, JKAP-8th) and other officers. The session reinforced the significance of yoga in maintaining a healthy and stress-free lifestyle for police personnel. |
