Inner wheel distributes bags, “Meri Kitab” to students in Udhampur schools

Udhampur, Apr 29: Under the leadership of District Chairman Preeti Khajuria, Inner Wheel Udhampur organized a meaningful educational support program by distributing school bags to meritorious students at Government Boys Middle School, Jakheni, and Shaheed Constable Mohammad Kabir Government Middle School, Housing Colony.
As part of the initiative, around 400 copies of “Meri Kitab” were also distributed among students to promote reading habits and strengthen their educational foundation.
Speaking on the occasion, District Chairman Preeti Khajuria highlighted the importance of education as a powerful tool for empowerment and personal growth. She encouraged students to remain focused, disciplined, and dedicated towards achieving their goals while upholding strong moral values.
Members of Inner Wheel interacted with the students and motivated them to work hard with confidence and determination. The initiative aimed to recognize academic excellence and inspire young minds to pursue success.
School authorities appreciated the thoughtful gesture and expressed gratitude to Inner Wheel for supporting students and encouraging education. The students also expressed happiness and gratitude for the recognition and assistance provided.
The program concluded on a positive note, reaffirming Inner Wheel’s commitment to community service and educational upliftment for a brighter future of the younger generation.
Among those present on the occasion were Inner Wheel Club Udhampur members Anu Sanson, Manju Baru, and Mohini Baigra.
