| Condemnation over terror attack in Uri continues to pour in | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 21: Condemnation over terror attacks at Uri in Kashmir in which 18 jawans were killed continued to pour in from across the section of society.
People of Nowshera organized a candle march on Tuesday evening from Nowshera City to Jadhunath memorial to pay homage to the martyrs of the 10 Dogra and 6 Bihar who lost their lives in the terrorist attack at Uri. The march attended by a large number of local people and dignitaries including SDM. Those who attend the march paid rich tributes to the brave heart who sacrificed their lives for the nation, expressed heartfelt condolences to the braved families and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and speedy recovery of those injured in the incident.
Social Economic Environment Development Society (SEEDS) condemned terrorist attack and held a condolence meeting under chairmanship of KC Kundan and Rampaul Dogra General Secretary at seeds office wherein members united in one voice condemned this inhuman act. They also expressed deep grief over loss of our brave jawans and express condolences to bereaved families. On this occasion, two minutes silence was observed to departed souls who sacrificed for sake of nation. However, a signature campaign is also started on behalf of NGO in the area to send as a reminder to PM to deal such acts sternly.
Students of Government Degree College Samba burnt the effigy of Pakistan at Mansar Morh Samba in coonection with the issue of Uri Terror attack in which the killing of 18 Indian soldiers. The protest led by Aman Sharma Incharge ABVP district Samba. A large number of students Participated in the protest and burnt an effigy of Sharif and raised Slogans like "Pakistan Murdabaad", "Indian Army Zindabaad" and "Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
National Panthers Party its members, workers and leaders paid tributes and salute the martyr’s of the country who laid their lives while fighting with the militants at Army Headquarter Uri District Baramulla Kashmir. Speaking on the occasion Neeraj Gupta Zonal President said that, “All of us gather here to pay tributes to the sons of soil Shaheed Hav. Ravi Paul and Shaheed Naib Subedar Karnail Singh.” He further said that we are proud of our security forces. He said that it appeared that it was a well planned fidayeen attack. The separatist forces might learn lesson from the supreme sacrifice of young officers. They must keep in their memories that security forces save the lives of the people of Kashmir.
The public of Poonch burnt effigy of Pak PM Nawaz Shrief in a protest which was held under the leadership of Youghal Sharma a local resident of Purani Poonch. A large number of person participated in the protest. The protesters burn the effigy of Nawaz Sharief PAK Prime Minister and raise slogals against the Pakistan. The protester were damaging that Pakistan should be declared as a terrorist state is continuously helping the terrorists to in filtrate into Indian territory.
Dr Manohar lal Sharma former Minister, PCC General secretary and Senior Congress leader while coming down heavily BJP government led by Modi for its biggest failure of its foreign policy in general and in particular in dealing with the Pakistan. He completely exposed on all fronts domestic as well as in dealing with international affairs which is clearly indicated by the present unrest of Kashmir and the recent cowardly militant attack on Army brigade Headquarter in Uri in which more than twenty brave soldiers attain martyrdom while retaliating to the militants attack. Dr Sharma said that the Pakistan after a period of more than twenty six years succeeded in such a big attack on Indian forces.
Dr Sharma condemn this cowardly act of Pakistan sponsored militants with heavy heart and show deep and heartfelt sympathies to the family of the martyrs, strongly criticized this inhuman and barbaric act. Dr Sharma said that Pakistan is in the state of frustration due to its internal deterioting condition of law and order and political unstability to shift the attention of its people from its failures take such type of barbaric steps as well as exploiting people of Kashmir on religious and various other grounds will prove fatal to the peace and stability of the whole region.
Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Ramban held a strong protest demonstration against Pakistan for its continuous interfering into the internal matters of India and promoting terrorism from its soil to create disturbance here. Amidst raising of slogans, the protesting ABVP activists of Ramban torched an effigy of Pakistan. They also appealed the world community to declare Pakistan a terrorist State.
A strong protest was held against Pakistan by District Congress Committee (DCC),Jammu Urban led by its President Anil Chopra, on Wednesday at Press Club Jammu. According to press release, a large number of congress workers of Jammu Urban District assembled at outside Press Club and burnt the effigy of Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharief amidst raising slogans against Pakistan for abetting terrorism and sending terrorists to India. Speaking on the occasion Chopra paid rich tributes to Uri martyrs and condemned this cowardice act of Pakistan in strongest words. He said that whole nation was with the family members of martyrs and added that the best tributes to martyrs is to take revenge of the attack in a befitting manner, so that Pakistan could not dare to abet or support terrorists in future.
People‘s Democratic Party Gandhi Nagar Zone today organized “Shardajali Samaroh” for paying tribute to 18 army jawans , who were killed during recent terriorist attack at Uri.People‘s Democratic Party Gandhi Nagar Zone , organized a programme to pay homage to the 18 martyrs who attained the supreme sacrifices by laying down their life during Uri attack. Large number of people from different areas of Jammu city today assembled outside Balidhan Stambh ,Near Bahu Fort and give tribute to Army Jawans.
Enraged over the flip flop of the Union Govt. and the wavering resolves of the helmsmen in the wake of Uri attack, a strong contingent of women activities of Panthers Party led by Manju Singh and Kesar Parveen, senior leaders of the party held a massive protest demonstration against the Union Govt showing bangles to the Union Ministers.
The protestors raised slogans against Pakistan for promoting terrorism on Indian soils and against the central govt. for its flawed diplomacy and its failures to protect its citizens and to create an atmosphere of peace and security in the state of J&K.
