JKTSC hails Law Commission Chairman's remark 11/17/2016 9:47:18 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Tahfuz i Sharia Council has hailed the remarks of Law Commission Chairman Justice BS Chauhan regarding the personnel law and an attempt to bring synergy between family law and gender equality. As per press release, Council welcomed the remarks of Justice BS Chauhan that each religion would continue to have its own personal laws. JKTSC founder member Sadaket Malik said that presently, the All India Muslim Personnel Law Board (AIMPLB) has gained opinion in the form of lakhs of people and the same is likely to be submitted this month.
