Urdu teacher teaches Persian, Arabic at JU | Making Mockery Of Education! | |
Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 17: Reluctant to give chance to deserving candidates, officials at University of Jammu (JU) have allegedly started to adjust blue eyed and incompetent candidates, especially at the Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), sources told Early Times. The officials are so blinded in corrupt practices that they cannot even differentiate between Arabic, Persian and Urdu. "The Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) has a teacher of Urdu for teaching Persian and Arabic, thus making mockery of education system," sources within University said. The DDE has a Urdu teacher who has been assigned the task of teaching Arabic and Persian, sources claimed. They revealed that fortnight long Personal Contact Program (PCP) classes of BA Part-III are being held in DDE since Oct 17, 2016. "The task of teaching Persian and Arabic subjects for B.A Part-III has been assigned to a single teacher, who himself is not associated with any of the subjects and a contractual teacher in Urdu Department of JU, which is unfair to the distance learners who are being fooled by the DDE authorities," they said. A senior professor teaching Persian commented that people at the helm of affairs in DDE are hoodwinking the distance learners as Persian, Urdu and Arabic are entirely different from each other. How an Urdu teacher can teach Arabic and Persian subjects that too at B.A level, he asked. If sources are to be believed such people are deliberately adjusted in the university, so that they cannot confront integrity of the bosses and act as their loyal henchmen. |
