In July 2003, on the eve of up gradation of schools, govt. framed a policy for the regularization of our services after rendering three years of service vide govt order no 1301 edu of 2003 dated 31-07-2003, but the govt. modified the order no 1301 vide Govt. order no 1584 edu of 2003 dated 21-10-2003 in which it is mentioned that academic arrangement is upto April 2004 and in future all such arrangements will be made on contractual basis and that order was endorsed to the GAD Department, Director School Education Jammu/Srinagar, all the CEO'S and principals of the schools".
