Shady deals in J&K unit under scanner of BJP central leadership
11/30/2016 11:02:35 PM

Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 30: The BJP central leadership is seeking details of not only the bank details of its leaders but is also roping in the income authorities to look into the trail of the investments made by them and about benami transaction and cash stored by them. They are also seeking state wise details and are more concern about the J&K, from where it has received maximum complaints about financial impropriety.
"The Central leadership will not be satisfied just by the bank details. The real investment will not be reflected in it. The IT department officials are to be roped and special teams might also be set up to look into the trails of the investment. Though, this will be pan-Indian exercise it will be more stringent and more exhaustive in the J&K, as taking advantage of the compulsions of the alliance government, many ministers and legislators are acting as an end to themselves and this is what has to be stopped and also checked vigoursly,"said a senior leader of the party high command.
Sources said the BJP central leadership will also be getting on the view of the ministers and legislators whose names have been dragged by the opposition , though not making direct names, for indulging in corruption. They will also look into the reports of the alleged CCTV coverage of the wife of senior BJP ministers making huge investment in the goals.
"The developments from the state very disturbing. The Congress alleging corruption by the BJP is the last thing we expect. The BJP has just about finished the Congress as the party was knee deep involved in the corruption. Now, if the same party gets an handle to take us on the corruption just because of the Jammu based ministers or legislators were can't accept it. Some serious steps will be taken once the probe is completed and it will be done on very past pace," said the minister.
