Kathua, Feb 1: Braham Kumari Ashram Kathua today kick started a series of functions prior to Mahashiv Ratri with divine zeal and gaiety where Children presented Cultural programmes comprising message about eradication of Ill-omens from the society in inaugural function. Rajinder Singh Babbi, Ex. Chairman, Municipal Council Kathua was the chief guest on the occasion.
Hundreds of followers of Brahm Kumaris, self styled Ashram thronged on the Ashram at Kathua and recited hymns on the praise of Lord Shiva. Children performed cultural items, nataks to highlight the ill-omens of the society and sought immediate remedial measures.
Rajinder Singh Babbi, while inaugurating a Multipurpose Hall in the Ashram, said that he was always ready for the help of the Ashram and ensured to work hard in motivating people to attend the function. Bharat Bhushan CEO, Lakhanpur-Sarthal Development Authority was also present on the ocassion. Mementos and refreshment were also presented to the participants for encouragement. |
