Jammu, Mar 14 : Up in arms against poor result (28.9 percent) of first semester of part I for the session 2014-2015, students of Government College for Women (GCW) Parade Jammu held a protest demonstration in the College premises on Saturday. As per reports, raising slogans, the protesting students assembled where they held demonstration. They were aggrieved over recently announced result of Part I, in which some students have been secured less number of marks. According to students of the college who was leading the protest demonstration, the students alleged that the authorities are playing with their future. "How can it possible that only 28. 9 percent result has been come? Students demanded that already their lot of time has been wasted and as such, the papers should be rechecked. When contacted, Principal of the College Dr. Hemla Aggrawal clarified that students could be filled revaluation form, if those students secured less number or failed. |
