Jammu, Mar 14: The District Congress Committee (Urban) Jammu staged a protest demonstration to protest against the indiscriminate misbehavior of Health Minister, Lal Singh with a doctor.
According to press release, the protesters were demanding immediate removal and resignation of Lal Singh.
Further demonstrators also condemned the anti-national acts of the Mufti Govt. to such as praising Pakistan, Hurriyat and Militants for peaceful conduct of state assembly elections, also strongly condemns the releasing of dreaded terrorist involved in number militant activities which may be a big threat to the national peace and security. The DCC further strongly condemn the un holy alliance of BJP and PDP in order to grab power only and no other agenda.
Prominent among those who participated in the protest demonstration included S. Gurdarshan Singh, B. B. Gupta, Mansa Ram, Dr. Ramakant Khajuria, S. Kirtan Singh, Madan Lal Malagar, P. S. Chouhan, Th. Rachpal Singh, Sukh Dev Singh, J.L. Kaul, Pt. Om Prakash Sharma, Dr. Vijay Sharma beside others. |
