Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: Gujjar Bakarwal Students Welfare Association (GBSWA) has appealed CAPD minister Choudhary Zulfikar Ali to address the long pending demands of tribal community students. According to press release, their demands included release of pending scholarships, admissions in the hostels and cancellation of backdoor entries in the university, basic amenities to inmates of PG hostel beside others. Incharge GBSWA Advocate Mohammad Akram also announced the names of newly elected state body of GBSWA. The newly elected office bearers included state president Zulfqar Kassana from Law Department JU, Zahid Choudhary re-elected as senior vice president, Altaf Choudhary vice president Munner Hussain, Atta Ullah Niazi, were elected as the state gen secretaries, Arif Choudhary as general secretary of Jammu province, Zaffar Iqbal as the joint secondary of the state and Asif John as the joint secretary of the Jammu province, Mohd Azam treasury in-charge, Younas Choudhary as media incharge, Imran Akram as spokes person. |
