Usha Singh inaugurates Tiger Driving School 3/14/2015 11:54:46 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: Chairperson Family Welfare Organization Usha Singh today inaugurated Tiger Driving School. According to press release, during the function a Special Ceremony held at Vocation Training Centre in Jammu Cantonment as a step towards Women Empowerment. Army has coordinated with the RTO Jammu to run a 15 days training capsule for families.
