Jammu , Mar 15:A two weeks Yoga Camp was organized by Government Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu in the Hospital under the guidance and directives of Dr. Abdul Kabir Dar , director General Indian Systems of Medicine J&K
Dr Kabir while speaking on the occasion said that this is the policy of Minister for Health and Medical Education and ISM department to serve and aware the people of the state about various aspects of Yoga to keep themselves in the state of good health, mentally and physically .
During the camp special Yoga asans, Shukshm Yogic Kriyas , Anu Preksha , Prekshadhan and Kayoutsarg were taught to the peoples how to raise and develop the immune system against diseases specially " Swine Flu.
Medical officer , MD In Swastviritta and Yoga Dr Anil Sharma and Dr Mahesh Sharma PG In Living Science and Yoga imparted during the camp . Dr Anil Sharma also taught about swasthvarita mention in Ayurveda. |
