File fresh status report on SAC, 147 Des: DB directs GAD 3/26/2015 12:31:32 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 25: The much publicized Public Interest Litigation (PIL) originally filed for seeking sanction in corruption cases wherein IAS/IFS/KAS officers highlighting inadequate staff/ infrastructure to various anti graft government agencies, today Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat directed the state to file the status report regarding the three issues viz non-finalization of 147 departmental enquiries, non construction of State Accountability Commission and non finalization of the rules of the officers of the State Accountability Commission. After considering the submission of the counselor for petitioner, Division Bench allowed four weeks times to Senior AAG to file status report regarding the three issues highlighted today in the open Court.
