| A show of muscle force under Art 370
After independence a democratic set up started func
tioning in the country and ruling started on the name of
country's own constitution called "Constitution of India". People belonging to the Shudra Varana had great hope of respiration of this freedom but ruling in the country mostly was done under the Chaturverma System more and on Indian Constitution less. SCs / STs could get some what solace in the name of Reservation but major chunk of population called OBCs were dogged and they could not get constitutional rights till 1992 when former P.M late V.P Singh who granted 27% reservation to the OBCs. But this was dragged into the Apex Courts which gave its decision in 1992 on Mandal Report in favour of the OBCs. This matter was discussed in a meeting under the chairmanship of Jenab Abdul Majid Mailk. Speakers stated that OBCs throughout the country and in all the States are getting the benefits of Reservation except J&K State in which rulers snatched this due share given by the Apex Court under the garb of Art. 370 as the rulers who had been enjoying 100% reservation since the dawn of this world tried to snatch the due rights of the State OBCs. There are only upper caste MLAs and MLCs belonging to both PDP & BJP except some SCs and there is Nil representation of the State OBCs with 60% population of the State and have no access in any field in the absence of Apex Court's Judgment. It is a show of muscle force under Art. 370. The claim of good Governance is befooling the State OBCs as Governance without social justice is meaningless, baseless & senseless.
11 MLCs were elected on March 2, 2015 and now 8 MLCs seats are going to be filed up Governor but no representation has been considered from among the OBCs inspite of the directions of Art. 50 of State Constitution and Art. 171 of Indian Constitution, a muscle force show in the State.Talking about ULB elections and rushing for their elections in the State only aiming to have 14th installment is totally biased for the state OBCs as these elections without OBC's participation with due share is meaningless for this big-chunk of population. Under all such circumstances State OBCs are the worst type of Slaves in J&K where rulers do not have any fear of God/Constitution, they may be believing in Ahlay Islam and Ahlay Quran in Muslims and believing in Sanatana Dharama in Hinduism.
