JKHCBA holds protest over Pakistan flag hoisting 4/17/2015 11:35:16 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 17: The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu held a peaceful protest demonstration for hoisting of Pakistani flag in Kashmir by separatist Leader Masarat Alam and his supporters and the anti-national (Pro Pak) statements made in a rally at Hyderpura (Srinagar). According to press release, the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu further demanded necessary legal action against the separatist Leader and strongly resented the inaction of the State Govt. in effectively dealing with the situation in Kashmir. The JKHCBA, Jammu condemned the statements frequently made by the separatists in the valley while oposing the return and re-settlement of Kashmiri Migrant in a separate township. The members of the association held both the governments responsible for giving latitude to separatist Leaders in making anti-national statement. It was further resolved in the meeting that because of lack of concrete policy adopted by either of the Govt., the entire Community has suffered a loss for more than 25 years.
