JKTWA demands release of payments 4/18/2015 12:04:17 AM Early Times Report Jammu Apr 17: J&K Teachers Welfare Association alleged the government for not making payment of on account of bills of salary, mid-day meals, honorarium paid to the Cooks. President TWA Jasmeet said that it has happened first time in my service career of 24 years that the bills having sanction of grants given by the department and duly passed by treasuries upto 30th March, 2015 has been returned back to respective offices with the plea that money has not been transferred by the Govt. into the treasuries after 22nd March, 2015 with the result total chaos & confusion is prevailing among the rank & file of the employees. Many employees who have availed different kinds of loans are reeling under tremendous pressure in the prevailing circumstances and urged Finance Ministry to get up from the deep slumber and resolve this financial crisis on priority. We have voted with the hope that "Achee Din Aayenge", but the present BJP-PDP combine is also toeing the line of their previous Govt.
