| Registration for swimming pool starts | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 26 : The J&K State Sports Council has started the process of fresh registrations and renewable (those already registered swimmers) at the MA Stadium swimming pool, here.
With the result, a good number of swimming enthusiasts have start approaching the office of the Manger, Indoor Complex, MA Stadium for application forms and subsequent registration.
"Since, we have to allow only registered swimmers with membership cards from May one onwards, the process of registration has been initiated. The application forms are available with a payment of Rs 20 at the indoor complex during office hours," informed Manager Indoor Complex, Ravi Singh. As per the already decided fee structure, one has to pay one time learners (for a period of 15 days) fee of Rs 1000 in addition to monthly fee. For those under-14 year swimmers, the season fee has been fixed at Rs 200 along with monthly fee
of Rs 100. Similarly, for under-17 age group, the seasonal fee is Rs 400 and monthly fee is Rs 300 while the fee for those under-21 swimmers has been fixed at Rs 600 (seasonal) and Rs 500 (monthly) respectively. For those applicants of above 21 years of age, Rs 800 and Rs 600 will be charged as seasonal and monthly fee respectively, the copy of the fee structure read. |
