| Naeem Visits Doon International School, Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 26 : Minister for Education Naeem Akhter today visited Doon International School Jammu to inaugurate the 1st academic session (2015-16). He was welcomed by G. N. Tantray , Chairman Doon International School Jammu, Vikesh Kaur, Principal of the school along with other distinguished guests. After unveiling the inauguration stone, he took a round of the school building and appreciated the modern and progressive infrastructure of the school. Small cultural program was presented by the students and staff of DIS. Speaking on the occasion, Education Minister, J&K Naeem Akhter appreciated the courageous endeavor of the Chairman G. N. Tantray to open a school of International Standard in Chowadhi area for the benefit of the children from surrounding area. He also appreciated the management for recruiting such a highly qualified staff.Adding another feather to the cap, Naeem Akhter entrusted the responsibility to adopt the Government Primary School, Chowadhi to the Chairman of the school which was happily accepted by him. Tantray assured to provide every possible support for this noble cause.
