| Sajad takes stock of public problems | | |  Early Times Report
Handwara, Apr 26: Minister for Animal & Sheep Husbandry and Science Technology, Sajad Gani Lone today made an extensive tour of several villages of Handwara Constituency. During the tour, the Minister took stock of people's day to day problems and developmental needs and directed the concerned officers to mitigate the genuine demands and developmental needs of the people, besides ensure the benefits of welfare schemes to the needy ones well in time.
During the tour, the Minister visited Waderpayeen, Behnipora, Zachaldara, Wadipora and other adjacent villages and took stock of the peoples' problems and developmental needs. He heard the demands of the locals patiently and assured them that all their genuine developmental needs would be got redressed from the concerned quarters on priority. Sajad said that all-round development of rural and hilly areas was the priority of the government, adding that present coalition Government has set into motion a golden era of development. He said that coming years will be a turnaround in socio-economic transformation of the State.
The Minister called upon the government functionaries to work with missionary zeal and dedication for ensuring hassle free services to the people adding that providing improved basic amenities to the people was the priority of the government. |
