Thakur Randhir Singh re-elected NCP State President 4/27/2015 12:04:19 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 26: Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh a veteran leader unanimously re-elected President Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) whose name was declared by Krishan Kumar Digra Chairman State Election Authority which was appointed by the Central Election Authority of NCP , New Delhi. Krishan Kumar Digra while addressing the gathering said it is a proud privilege to work with the Thakur Randhir Singh senior , experienced , most secular leader with clean image and who had been the youngest MLA elected to the state Assembly in 1962 from Kathua and worked with Bakshi Gulam Mohd, Prime Minister and as cabinet Minister with G M Sadiq , Syed Mir Qasim and resigned in 1975 under Indira-Shiekh accord.
