PCC pays rich tributes to martyred Dogra Regiment soldiers 6/6/2015 11:02:56 PM JAMMU, June 6 : While paying rich tributes to the soldiers of 6 Dogra Infantry Regiment who laid down their lives in a militant attack at Manipur in which 18 soldiers were killed and 15 others injured, the Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) in a meeting held here today at party headquarters strongly condemned the murderous assault. It is pertinent to mention here that the militants who ambushed a convoy of 6 Dogra Infantry Regiment on Thursday morning in which 6 out of 18 brave soldiers belong to Jammu Region were martyred. The PCC leaders paid their rich tributes to the martyrs and conveyed their heartfelt condolences and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. They said that the brave soldiers laid down their lives for the sake of the nation and their sacrifices would be always remembered. They prayed for peace to those who martyred and for the early recovery of the injured.
