Deputation from Kana Chargal Upper meets PHE officials 6/6/2015 11:39:21 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, June 6:A deputation of residents of Kana Chargal Upper, Block Nagrota today met with the officials of PHE department to apprise the concerned officials about water supply problems being faced in the area. The deputation under the leadership of Panchayal Halqa Sarpanch Kripal Singh called on Executive Engineer Mechanical as well as Executive Engineer Civil of the PHE department comprised of people from Kana, Chargal, Mela, Upper Mela and other adjoining areas.
