Man held for allegedly raping minor 6/6/2015 11:39:47 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, June 6: Police today arrested a man for allegedly raping a minor girl in Hiranagar area. Police have registered a case and further investigation is on. "The accused has been identified namely as Rounak Ram of Arnoba Hiranagar, police sources said. While quoting the family members of victim, the police sources said that the said accused on Friday evening lured a six year minor girl in his neighbourhood to come to his house where he allegedly committed the crime. "After committing rape, the accused managed to escape from his house leaving behind the girl who after the incident returning home and narrated the story to his family members, police sources said.
