Quiz competition held at Dogra College of Education 6/17/2015 12:08:12 AM Early Times Report Jammu, June 16: The NSS Unit of Dogra College of Education organised a quiz competition on "Leadership and Personality Development" based on the life of Swami Vivekananda ji among 50 volunteers of the college today on this occasion as per the direction of programme Advisor's Cell, NSS, New Delhi. According to press release, the questionnaire was objective based consisting of forty Multiple Choice questions, however the time duration of the quiz was fifty minutes. Since the motive of the quiz was to acknowledge the biography of Swami Vivekananda so the questionnaire was analysed according to the personality and contributions of Swami Ji. Speaking on the occasion, Prof. B D Damral Director the college said that Leadership development refers to any activity that enhances the quality of leadership within an individual or organisation. Different personal traits and characteristics can help or hinder a person's leadership effectiveness and require formalized programme for developing leadership competencies. In the competition, Shabnum Choudhary bagged the first position while Poonam Choudhary stood second and Heena Slathia and Sonam Sharma shared the third position.
