Jammu, July 4 : Thakur Jai Singh Ex- Corporator of W- 69 today started construction work of Drainage (Barsati Nallah) of Sector-B to protect residential houses from flash flood incidents. Singh said that 150 metres drainage work of this nullah in Sector C has already been done and the remaining work in Sector A upto Greater Kailash will be undertaken on war footing before the monsoon season. Locals residents include Sikander Singh, Vicky Charak, Prabha Slathia, Bodh Raj, T R Sharma, P N Koul, Rahul Singh, S S Jamwal were also present on the occasion. |
