Under trail in ‘murder case’ assaulted in Court Complex 7/4/2015 11:32:40 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 4 : An under trail in a murder case today was allegedly attacked with handcuff by another under trail in same case in High Court Complex today morning when they were being taken for hearing of case. Meanwhile a case in this connection has been registered at Police Station Janipur. “The injured has been identified as Vikas Raina son of Rattan Lal Raina of Durga Nagar, sources said. They said that both under trails were taken from District Jail Amphalla today to court for a hearing of the murder case and where they got indulged in some altercation in court complex following which Sukh Dev Choudhary attacked Vikas Raina with handcuff resulting injury on his head. Meanwhile entangled duo was separated by the cops and injured Vikas was shifted to Govt Hospital Sarwal for medicare.
