| 'Digital India Week' celebrated at Ramban | | |  Early Times Report
Ramban, July 4: Digital India Week has been celebrated at Higher Secondary School Ramban under the guidance of the District Development Commissioner Ramban Farooq Ahmed Shah Burhari here today.
According to press release, a debate cum lectures events was organized in the school to spread awareness among the students and teacher community of the district with the appreciable efforts of Principal of school Parshotam Singh, staff and students.
During the awareness programmes resource persons sensitized the students and facilities about ongoing activities under the Digital India platform. The main focus was to educate participants about digital services being provided.
Students of the school had had deliberate discussion on the dream of the future Digital India. Later resource person Rajinder Attri gave detailed presentation on the dream of Digital India and services like Digital Locker, Jeevan Praman, e-Hospital and e-scholarship portals.
Also other e-services provided by various departments and organizations like Election, Income Tax, Tourism, Urban Dev Development, Education institutions were focused and demonstrated.
