BJP surrenders before PDP to enjoy power : Arun Sharma 8/1/2015 11:02:03 PM Early Times Report VIJAYPUR, Aug 1: Alleging that the BJP leadership is sitting in the lap of PDP and has surrendered before it for the sake of enjoying power, the senior Congress leader Arun Sharma said that the shifting of proposed AIIMS from Jammu region to Kashmir valley is one such glaring example of weak-kneed approach of the saffron party. Addressing a press conference here today, Arun Sharma said that the burning issue of AIIMS which was sanctioned by the Government of India for Jammu was mysteriously shifted to Kashmir due to the negligence of the BJP leaders. Sharma further said that Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh has given in writing a commitment to the AIIMS Coordination Committee that the AIIMS will be set up at Jammu and shall obtain appropriate order in this regard from Government of India by or before 20th July 2015. However, despite Dy CM's written assurance but nothing has been announced so far by the Union Government in this concern, he said adding that the BJP has befooled the people of Jammu as it made tall promises during the election but after assuming power nothing has been delivered.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
