Excise Department SI detained for stealing CFL lamps 9/15/2015 9:45:24 PM Jammu, Sept 15: Police today detained the Sub-Inspector of Jammu and Kashmir Police for stealing the CFL lamps from outside a shop in this winter capital of the state. "A SI namely Vikas Khajuria was detained today by the police after a CCTV coverage showing him stealing the CFL lamps from outside a shop in Nanak Nagar area," police sources here today said. They said the CCTV footage went viral on social sites.
