Shree Ganesha Mahotasav Yagya commences on Sept 17 9/15/2015 10:56:14 PM JAMMU, Sept 15: 7th Annual Shree Ganesha Mahotasav Yagya shall be performed and commence from September 17 and will culminate on September 27. This was informed by Sanjay Shastri, Chairman Bhartiya Vedic Sansthan, Jammu while addressing a press conference. Shastri said that as usual the Yagya will be performed at famous Lakshmi Naryana Mandir Gandhi Nagar on the day the idol of Lord Ganesha is installed at Lakshmi Naryana Mandir's backside ground. After culmination of Yagya, the Idol of Shree Ganesha Bhagwan shall be submersed in river Chenab Akhnoor. All the devotees are appealed to participate with their families in the Yagya for peace and prosperity of the state as well as the country. He further said that Bhajan, Kirtan, Havan, Yagya, recitation of mantras and Aarti perform daily at 7:30 pm and daily Krishan Lila from 8 pm to 10:30 pm will be performed besides daily Langer and Halwa Prasad will be distributed during Shree Ganesh Mahotsav to the devotees.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
