Sampark economical development society organizes plantation drive 9/15/2015 10:56:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 15 : As a part of environmental activities Sampark Economical Development society today initiated plantation drive at Government Middle School Thather. According to press release, the drive was carried out under the supervision of Sh. Sham Lal, Principal of the school. All staff members and students of the school were involved in plantation of various saplings in the school compound. President of the Society, Nisha Verma said that trees are the most precious assets on the planet. They synergize life and are equally important to all the habitants of the earth. However, this asset is diminishing rapidly due to increasing population which necessitates stoppage of tree cutting and plantation of new ones. Among others who were present during the event were Shifali Sharma, B.R. Radhey, Neelam Gupta member of the society and Suram Singh(Panchyat Secretary), Mohd.
